Ubiquitin Like Molecule Site Finder v1.0

A proteomics tool for calculating the m/z of the +1, +2, +3 and +4 charges of the peptide for a given protein, potentially modified by a ubiquitin like molecule.

Ubl Finder can be used to calculate the m/z values of the peptides for sumoylated T95R, ubiquitinated or unmodified proteins.
For each of the peptides that contain a potential site on a lysine residue, the m/z of the glycine-glycine tag is added to the m/z
of the peptide. All charges for each of the potential peptides are accounted for and all m/z values are reported in a tab or comma
delimited format for easy input into the mass spectrometer. Note that this program assumes that digestion is done using Trypsin.
